CHRIS SOTEROPOULOS

Chris Soteropoulos brings deep local knowledge and a lifelong connection to the area he now helps shape through extraordinary homes. Influenced by a family legacy of builders and entrepreneurs, Chris launched TriCrest with a simple but powerful vision: to create homes that feel personal, timeless, and effortlessly luxurious. 

Today, he leads with an unwavering commitment to quality, guiding clients from lot selection to final walkthrough with care that feels more like family than firm. Under his leadership, TriCrest has become the standard others try to imitate—but never match.

The name TriCrest echoes a small village on the western part of Greece, where generations of Chris’s family lived, worked, and built a life. It’s a tribute to heritage, resilience, and the timeless value of building with intention.

The spark for TriCrest Homes came closer to home—from Chris’s uncle, a respected local builder who mentored him and helped launch the company. His influence lives on in everything we do.
