Celebrating our tenth anniversary this year, TriCrest Homes has built a brand founded on principles of integrity, transparency, and treating each home as if it were our own. Our reputation for being honest is shared among past clients, realtors, the building community, and beyond. Our founder was raised in the McLean area with an intimate knowledge of the real estate market, and we guide our clients from the lot purchase process through the construction of the home to maximize their investment. While many custom home builders try to replicate the design aesthetic of a TriCrest Home, we present an unmatched level of quality and design that is sought after by our discerning clients from across the world.

We like to define a successful project as follows. First—we are very responsive to our clients. This is true not only during the initial discovery meetings but all through the process. Second—we take the time to design the home and all of the intricate details, tailoring the house to the needs and desires of our clients. Third—we are very efficient with our build schedule while not rushing to completion. We genuinely do treat each home as if we were going to live in it! We spend the last few weeks “detailing” the home, so when our clients walk in the door to take possession, they feel as if this home was uniquely designed just for them-an expression of their personalities and lifestyle.
